The terms and conditions of this campaign are as outlined below:

Campaign Period: The campaign will run from 15 September 2023 (GMT+8 00:00) to 15 November 2023 (GMT+8 00:00).

Eligibility Participants must satisfy the following criteria to be qualified for the prizes:

1. To be a referrer, participants must have registered for their own AxeHedge account, completed the verification process, and have completed at least one stock trading process (purchase stock) on the AxeHedge app.
2. The users they refer (“the referee”) must also have registered for their own AxeHedge account, completed the verification process, and have completed at least one trade on the AxeHedge app.
3. Entrants must be at least 18 years old on the date of their entry, and is of a legal age to conduct trading activities.

How to Participate: To refer a new user, simply go to the AxeHedge app, head to Profile section, click on the Referral & Rewards section, copy your unique referral link and share the link with others. Any user that signs up for a trading account using a referral link and completes one trade within the campaign period outlined will be counted as a referee of the user who referred them.

What do I get from Participating in the Referral Campaign? The AxeHedge referral campaign offers rewards to the top 20 participants who refer the most new users to the platform within the Campaign Period, with the rewards as outlined below:

• 1st Place: worth $300 x1
• 2nd Place: worth $200 x1
• 3rd Place to 5th place: worth $150 x 3
• 6th to 10th Place: worth $100 x 5
• 11th to 20th Place: worth $50 x 10

The rewards will be given in the form of trading credits which can be applied in the winning participants’ AxeHedge trading accounts. Each participant is eligible for one reward only.
Ties: In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the date and time of the referral. The earlier the referral, the higher the ranking.

Rules:

• Each participant can only win one reward.
• Referrals cannot be self-referred.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any users.

Winner Notification: The latest rankings will be updated weekly throughout the campaign period. After the campaign period ends, the winners will be notified via email within 7 business days after the end of the campaign. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of AxeHedge after the winner has been selected.
Reward Redemption: Upon notification by AxeHedge, winners will need to provide their contact information and AxeHedge account ID in order to redeem their reward.

Disclaimers & legal liabilities: To the extent permitted by applicable law, AxeHedge’s liability under or in connection with the campaign or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the rewards in question.

By participating, all participants are presumed to have agreed to abide by any relevant laws and/or regulations. AxeHedge shall not be made liable should there be any breach, inconsistency, or any matter arising from participants' own conduct.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AxeHedge shall not be liable under or in connection with either the terms and conditions, the campaign or any rewards for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant.

AxeHedge reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

AxeHedge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
